Plan & Spec
Turn-Key
Plan & Spec project type is a method of commercial construction project delivery where the building design (plans - construction drawings) are created by professionals along with the written specifications (specs) for the project and components of the project. MG Energy will complete in-depth analysis of this information to provide detailed quote for installation of proposed HVAC, plumbing or engineering services. This method is a basic method follwed by many professionals, contractors and service providers.
Turn-Key project type may vary in process from project to project but contains 3-elements common to all Turn-Key project. (1) Design & Engineering phase of the project includes professionals work directly with the client (owner) concept, designs and construction documents specifically customized to your project. (2) Procurement Process phase contractor will manage scheduling, coordination of materials, equipment and supplies for the project. (3) Construction phase of the project includes contractor coordinating the workforce for the project, securing al construction permits and project coordination scheduling. This method offers owners and facilities more flexibility and control by placing rsponsibilities on the contractor that would otherwise fall on the owner in a traditional Design-Build method of project management

Design-Build project method is where the owner enters into a single contract to cover both Architectural or Engineering servive provider along with the contractor to complete the physical construction of the project. The own the has a single point of contact with either the Architect-Engineer or directly with contractor in-charge of construction. Typically the architect-engineer and construcion personnel belong to a single-design-build firm. This method offers owners better collaboration, cost & quality efficiencies, transparency and flexibility.
MG Energy will provide HVAC project design, procurement and construction project managements services during all project phases. The project manager has to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure projects are completed within buget, on schedule and in complience with industry standard and state or local building codes.
